Charlotte Grant

Charlotte Grant – Miss World England 2025

Crowned Miss Liverpool 2024, Charlotte Grant embodies grace, intelligence, and a passion for empowering others. A true role model, she uses her platform to inspire confidence, support local causes, and represent the spirit of young women across the city. From charity events to national pageants, Charlotte carries the crown with pride, purpose, and style.

Miss Liverpool 2023/22

Charlotte Grant’s journey into the world of pageantry began in March 2024, when she was crowned Miss Liverpool City Region at The Sandon Complex in Liverpool. At just 23 years old, the Kirkby-based entrepreneur and owner of Charlotte Grant Cosmetics captured the judges’ attention with her confidence, presence, and powerful personal story—earning her a fast-track place in the Miss England national final.

But Charlotte’s story goes far deeper than crowns and sashes.

A Story of Strength and Resilience

At the age of ten, Charlotte suffered a spinal injury that left her paralysed. Doctors warned she may never walk again. But through months of treatment at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and sheer personal determination, she defied the odds—learning to walk again, and later embracing physical activities like acrobatics, trampolining, and running.

This resilience became the foundation of her success in pageantry, business, and charitable work.

Miss England 2024 – First Runner-Up & Top Fundraiser

Representing Liverpool at Miss England 2024, held at Grand Station in Wolverhampton, Charlotte made a remarkable impact. She finished as First Runner-Up, placed second in the 'We Do Ethical' round with a 1920s-style dress made from her mother’s wedding gown, and also came second in the intense Sports Round.

But where Charlotte truly shone was in her dedication to charity.

Through the Beauty with a Purpose initiative, she became the top national fundraiser, raising over £7,130 in just over a month for the men’s cancer charity Balls to Cancer. Her fundraising included:

  • Anfield Stadium, raising nearly £3,000
  • charity DJ night with seven local DJs
  • bingo and tea mornings in the Northwood community
  • football event for autism awareness, which raised over £10,000

Her efforts proved that being a beauty queen means more than stage presence—it’s about meaningful impact.

Representing England Internationally

Charlotte’s national success led to two international honours, proudly representing England on the global stage.

In October 2024, she competed at Miss Cosmo in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, among 56 contestants from around the world. She wowed audiences in her Mary Poppins-inspired national costume, a tribute to classic British culture. During her time in Vietnam, Charlotte was also invited to walk for top fashion designer Lê Thanh Hòa’s Fall/Winter 2024 show and took part in the prestigious Best of the World – Vietnam exhibition, where she wore a hand-painted Áo Dài – a traditional Vietnamese dress.

In May 2025, Charlotte received the unexpected opportunity to represent England at Miss World in Hyderabad, India, after the original titleholder withdrew. Despite being on holiday in Spain, she flew out within 48 hours and joined contestants from over 100 countries at one of the most iconic global pageants. While she didn’t place, Charlotte’s story, determination, and grace stood out, and she embraced every moment of the once-in-a-lifetime experience.

More Than a Beauty Queen

Charlotte’s Miss World biography highlighted her wide-ranging passions—from her entrepreneurial success in cosmetics, to birdwatching, stamp collecting, and performing arts. But at the heart of it all is her mission to make a difference. She often speaks about how pageants have given her the chance to advocate for causes she believes in—especially raising awareness around men’s health through her work with Balls to Cancer.

Continuing to Inspire

Following Miss World, Charlotte made her first major UK appearance at the BOPA Peace Garden Festival in Coventry, wearing an Indian outfit gifted to her in Hyderabad. There, she spoke to young women about empowerment, inclusion, and her journey through adversity—reinforcing that pageantry isn’t about perfection, but about passion and purpose.

A Message to the Next Generation

Charlotte Grant’s journey—from overcoming paralysis to walking international runways—is a testament to the power of perseverance. Her story began right here in Liverpool, and her success continues to inspire young women across the region and beyond.

She proves that with heart, hard work, and belief in yourself, anything is possible.
